Refund & Return Policy
At My Prayer Canvas, we prioritize your satisfaction and the safe delivery of our products. Refunds and returns are accepted only for items damaged during shipping, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund or Return: Requests for refunds or returns are accepted only if the product was damaged in transit. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if you discover any damage.
Proof of Damage: To process your request, we require clear photographic evidence of the damage. Please include images of both the damaged product and the packaging.
Courier Investigation: Upon receiving your claim, we will work with the courier company to investigate the incident. Refunds or returns will be authorized only after confirmation from the courier that the damage occurred during transit. This process may take up to 10 working days.
Return Process: Once transit damage is confirmed, we will provide instructions for returning the item, with shipping costs covered. All returned items must include their original packaging.
Exclusions: Refunds or returns are not offered for undamaged products, change of mind, or incorrect purchases.
